WATER, AIR, FIRE AND EARTH
All of us on this Earth are part of the greater whole. Yet this is not the only solar system; there are many of them. Space stations and satellites, and the space debris that constantly orbit us, disrupt the balance of the spheres.
Everything that happens remains as information or energy. We humans research, question, and learn only what our material eyes can see. How cut off our knowledge of the subtle world is! Every culture knows of these wonderful treasures.
All insight can only truly work when we accept the omnipotence and richness of the elements—their meaning, the love of our Creator, who has granted us the elements so that we may mature within this material world.
NATURE SHOWS US EVERYTHING WE NEED TO KNOW:
The world’s oceans, the primeval sea from which we come, which still bathes our cells today
The streams and rivers in their serpent-like windings, as long as they have not been straightened by humans
The amniotic fluid in which we develop before birth
Oxygen in symbiosis with plants
The first breath immediately after birth
Clear air
Wind, clouds, storms, and tornadoes
The thermals for gliders and paragliders
The sun, warmth, volcanoes
The sacred fire, compassion for others, our family
The candle in meditation, centered, fills our hearts with warmth and releases energy blockages on physical and subtle levels
Mother Earth, who carries and nourishes us
The microcosm and macrocosm with billions of tiny living beings
Stones and rocks
Plants
Animals and human beings
We can perceive all these qualities of the elements by training our senses through our actions in nature, through movement and nutrition. Especially in our technological world, it is important to preserve sensory awareness. This only works when our body fluids—the lymph—are in flow. In present-moment gratitude, we may draw from all of this.
The path to physical health, and thus also to spiritual vigilance, is supported by this balance in nature. Self-respect and self-love are the foundations of love for others, love for nature, and all living beings.
I believe that we have already set the course toward this individuality. Those who keep their eyes and ears open can perceive that the time of the great cleansing of the planet is fully underway.
Until now, plants, animals, landscapes, rivers, seas, and also many millions of people have had to submit to the powers of profit and often give way, accompanied by great suffering. That time is over; the elements are resisting, shaking and stirring.
Everyone can begin on a small scale—with themselves.
Fire, water, earth, and air are the four classical elements of the ancient theory of the four elements, which holds that everything in existence is composed of different mixtures of these four basic substances. This theory influenced philosophy, art, and language for centuries and is still used today in esoteric and philosophical contexts such as astrology or the medical theory of the four bodily humors.
Fire: Stands for warmth, energy, and willpower. In astrology, the zodiac signs Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius are associated with the element of fire.
Water: Represents liquid, blood, and emotions. The zodiac signs Pisces, Cancer, and Scorpio are associated with the element of water.
Earth: Stands for solidity, the body, and stability. The zodiac signs Capricorn, Taurus, and Virgo belong to the element of earth.
Air: Stands for gases, breath, and thinking. Aquarius, Gemini, and Libra are the air signs.
